Austin Surf Club is a Discovery Land project developed in partnership with 11-time world champion surfer Kelly Slater. Principals of Pittman Development Group played an active leadership role in the development of the project while employed as Project President of Austin Surf Club, on behalf of Discovery Land Co.

Pittman Development Group was employed as the lead development consultant and manager for International Speedway Corp. in their pursuit of a public-private partnership to construct and operate a NASCAR-ready motor speedway in Denver and Aurora, Colorado. ISC ultimately elected to terminate the project, despite identifying an appropriate site and achieving significant success in securing significant state, county, and city level incentives to build the track.
