Ray C. Pittman, Jr. is widely recognized as a leader in the commercial real estate industry with extensive experience in development of land, multifamily, and mixed-use communities, as well as hotel, retail, office, and industrial assets. He is a proven development leader with 25+ years of experience in large-scale project leadership and executive management and an extensive background in senior corporate roles and public/private development partnerships.

Mr. Pittman’s career includes serving as the President of Austin Surf Club, President of Lifestyle Communities, and as CEO & President of McWhinney. He has also held global leadership roles at CBRE, including Global Chief Client Officer and President & CEO of the Pacific Region, overseeing operations across Australia and New Zealand. He has held senior leadership roles at Catellus Development Group, delivering large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects across the U.S.
